Prohibited Items Policy

(English translation*)

It is prohibited to post items on the LastDraw Marketplace that are contrary to law, morality, or the LastDraw Policy.

Explanation

In order to ensure safe, fair and pleasant trading on our online marketplace, LastDraw has various principles.

In part, these principles reflect applicable laws that must be complied with; in part, we have developed principles with which we regulate the behavior of the members themselves, the dealings with one another and the handling of trading activities on LastDraw.

Here we have compiled the principles for you that deal with prohibited articles i.e. H. Articles that are not allowed to be placed on LastDraw. Exceptions are expressly noted in the respective principle.

Note: Please read these principles carefully before publishing an article. This way, you avoid violations of our principles and the associated consequences.

Basic Tips for Posting Items on LastDraw

• Our policies are largely based on the laws of the respective countries and states, but in some cases also on feedback from our members and our own discretion, particularly with regard to dangerous or confidential items.
• Read our guidelines before listing items. Follow our policy and see our examples so you know ahead of time what you can and can't sell on LastDraw. Please note that the list of examples cannot be complete.
• If you sell items internationally, please be aware of our international trade policy and import restrictions. Some items may be legal in your country but are banned in other countries.
• Also, read our Articles Listing and Intellectual Property Protection Policy to find out if your article has other policies that may affect your listings.

Prohibited items

• Empty packaging of items that are of no use.

The list is constantly updated but does not claim to be complete. It serves to supplement the LastDraw GTC.

Violation of our principles

Note: The decision as to whether there is a violation of our principles rests solely with LastDraw. You can be assured that we will carefully examine any report of a breach of our policy.

A violation of one of our principles can have one or more of the following consequences:

• deletion of active (and already terminated) offers and search ads,
• restriction of the use of the LastDraw marketplace (i.e. buying, bidding or selling is no longer possible)
• temporarily or permanent exclusion from the LastDraw marketplace,
• retention of LastDraw fees for deleted entries

The German language version and not its translation(s) will govern in the event of a conflict between the German language version and a translation.
